  Gone downhill compared to what it use to be, the spinach on our pizza was quite old and really did not taste nice at all (had to pick it off). The menu use to be a lot better with a larger variety and considering how expensive the pizzas are, we were very disappointed with the whole service.
  
  Won't be purchasing crust again personally.

  Order at your own risk. They deliver late cold pizza with half the order missing. They also refuse to refund. Have to take the dispute further..

  Ordered Online,. Over 2 hours late. When I called, met with a very rude employee who insisted they had already delivered to us which was completely false. Finally delivered meal almost 3 hours late with no apology. Horrible Quality food, appetiser was burned to a crisp. Would not recommend to anyone. You're better off with bread and butter compared to the 'Gourmet' options provided by this 'fast food' company. Will never order from again.

  Received confirmation of order from menulog at 6:19pm advising that our order would arrive approximately 7:47pm. Rang resturaunt at 8:00pm and told pizzas were only just coming out of the oven and they would be delivered within 15 minutes. Rang 15 minutes later and was told all drivers were out on deliveries and they would deliver as soon as possible. Our food finally arrived at 8:27pm and I was asked by the driver for payment despite having paid online and had been told we could not get a refund because we had paid online. Terrible customer service. We were offered no compensation or appology for wait time. 2 hours is too long to wait for pizza.
